In this Intensive we start by getting into your inner soul circle, finding out what matters to you, what makes you truly happy, what fires you up, what shuts you down. As you add this to cart you will be asked to fill out a form detailing an idea of some of those things so we can get right into it on the call. 

From there, in this call intensive, we move on to things that might be holding you back from speaking your truth, and working with you to look back at some specific instances where this hapened. We are going to dissect how you feel when you reach that point when your voice should be speaking it's truth, and why it might not be making it's way out. 

We are going to talk in depth about what it would feel like to be more authentic in your life and what/how many things could change because of it. I'm going to mildly dive into my communication program to show why HOW you speak your truth is just as important as you actually doing it.

And finally we are going to talk real strategy on how to actually implement this information into your life, to make real change, while knowing grace and patience with ourselves. Practice makes perfect (or almost perfect, lol)
